EASY-TO-CREATE INSTRUCTIONS
How to create your Chocolate Pretzel CRIZZA
If your CRIZZA kit is frozen, let it thaw to room temp (about 1 hour)
Remove plastic wrap from crust
Remove chocolate pieces from bag, and pour into a microwavable bowl (or double boiler for stovetop melting)
Microwave chocolate pieces (or melt on stovetop) in 30 second intervals until all pieces are soft (about 1-1/2 minutes total). Stir after each 30 second interval, making sure the chocolate is completely melted, but does not burn
Remove pretzel pieces from bag, pour into melted chocolate, mix well
Topping will harden within a few minutes (CRIZZA can be placed in refrigerator or freezer to harden topping faster)
Using a sharp knife with a rocking motion carefully cut into pizza slices
How to create your Cinnamon CRIZZA
If your CRIZZA kit is frozen, let it thaw to room temp (about 1 hour)
Remove plastic wrap from crust
Melt 1/2 stick of butter in microwavable bowl or on stovetop
Remove cinnamon crumbs from bag, pour into melted butter, mix well
Spread cinnamon topping evenly onto crust
Topping will harden within a few minutes (CRIZZA can be placed in refrigerator or freezer to harden topping faster)
Using a sharp knife with a rocking motion carefully cut into pizza slices
STORAGE
FREEZER...Our preferred storage method. Your CRIZZA will freeze well for several months, if you can make it last that long! You can freeze your CRIZZA BEFORE it has been created (when ready to use, just thaw about 1 hour, create, and eat!!), or you can freeze your CRIZZA AFTER it has been created.
REFRIGERATOR...A great way to keep your CRIZZA fresh either before or after it has been created.
